Frantic Amber needed to cancel the gig at WestBay Heaven & Hell because of special circustances. Now drums for 7 songs are recorded, 3 more songs to come next weekend!

After some time working on songs in the rehearsal room, Frantic Amber is finally starting to record the album. On friday Erik will start to record the drums at Underground Studio in Västerås with Pelle Saether as producer.
We also soon hit the stage again on the festival Westbay Heaven & Hell 25/5 and Wacken Metal Battle Final 1/6 at Pub Anchor as a as headline band since we won last year. We can’t wait to get back on stage!

We felt like doing something special on this day. Even if the world won’t end as rumoured it symbolizes a big thing and a turning point for us. Presenting our new single “Ghost” recorded, mixed and mastered by Soulless Studio, Ola Lindgren.

Frantic Amber announces a crowd-funding campaign for debut album

The band is in pre-production of their debut album and is turning to the idea of crowd-funding at SellABand.com to help fund the project. All the time spent on songwriting and looking for the right sound in between all the gigs have led to that we feel that it’s time for the band to make our first full-length album.

Mary: “Until today we have managed ourselves to promote our music and economically to record it. But to release a full length album with all that it implies is simply over our heads. Now we ask for help to take the next step.
The Fan Funding program at SellABand has all possible steps, big and small with rewards for each step, so everyone who wants to support us can do it.”
There will be a mix of brutality, groove and melody. Classic metal meets modern metal, simply an album where rage comes with beautiful harmonies. It is the core and essence that Frantic Amber is all about. The appeal to their fans has a target of 10,000 euro and has yet no deadline.
